How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We are a small team of 2 and we aim to have your order with the Courier within 1-3 business days.

How is shipping charged?

To keep things nice and simple, we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping within Aotearoa, New Zealand and to Australia with a flat rate of $25NZD. 

Which shipping provider do you use?

We use NZ Post and you will receive a tracking number on completion of your order.

I will be in/live in Ōtautahi, Christchurch - can I pick up my order?

Not at the moment however, we are in the process of setting up a carving/drawing studio which will allow us to offer weekend pick-ups so watch this space!

What will my order be packaged in?

All prints are in a plastic sleeve and are sent out in a postal tube with a Ngā mihi/Thank you card inside.

All taonga are boxed within a small black bag and will also have a Ngā mihi/Thank you card inside.

None of our items have price indications so are also perfect for sending as a gift.

Will my taonga be blessed?

Yes. A blessing(karakia) occurs before the carving process takes place.

Do you offer a rebinding service?

Yes. We sure do. Email us at potene.designs@gmail.com for further info.

Do you do custom orders/commission prints?

Yes. We will need to know your budget, desired size of the print, and materials you would like it provided to you on(pdf, paper or canvas). We ask that you give us as much information as you can, so that Mark can best translate your vision into art. 

Custom orders require a 20% deposit before work begins.

Markets and Events
